Through rigorous documentation and special quality assurance procedures, SCC not only maintains a formalised control process that ensures the quality of our products, but also practices a risk-oriented approach to quality management that makes quality assurance efficient, cost-effective and intelligent.
At all levels of the product life cycle, quality is ensured right from the start, starting with the selection of our suppliers and their evaluation, with the individual steps in production and assembly as well as in final inspection and installation.
Before delivery of each compressor, it is put through its paces during a test run and the test results are documented in a detailed test protocol.
We believe that redundancy in quality assurance guarantees error-free products in accordance with the high German requirements. Each test process is fully documented, standardised and regularly reviewed for efficacy, compliance and improvement opportunities.
